With the 2022 NFL season in the rearview mirror, we take a look at what the opponents look like for the 2023 Las Vegas Raiders.

The 2022 NFL season was like none other that we have seen for the Las Vegas Raiders, as they lost so many winnable games, and played tough against some of their better opponents. In the end, the final result of Josh McDaniels’ first season as head coach was a 6-11 record, a far cry from the playoff run the team made under Rich Bisaccia a year earlier.

Earlier this week, the NFL released the list of opponents for all 32 NFL teams for the upcoming 2023 NFL season, and it is a tough road for the Silver and Black. Here, we dive into who Las Vegas will be taking on both at home, and on the road next season.

Who do the Raiders play in 2023?

At home, inside Allegiant Stadium in 2022, the Raiders will take on their divisional rivals, as well as a host of other teams. Green Bay and Minnesota will come to town from the NFC North, while the New England Patriots and New York Jets head to Vegas from the AFC East. Also, the New York Giants and Pittsburgh Steelers will also make the trip to the desert.

On the road, Las Vegas takes on the divisional rivals, and two more NFC North teams in the Chicago Bears and Detroit Lions. Las Vegas also hits the road to take on two AFC East teams, as they go east to take on Buffalo and Miami. Finally, a road stops to Indianapolis is also in the cards.

As you can see by the schedule, Las Vegas will take on all four AFC East and NFC North teams in 2023, as well as some non-divisional games against the Giants, Steelers, and Colts. All told, the NFL landscape will look much different next season, and for Raiders fans, September cannot get here soon enough.
