2022 Las Vegas Raiders free agents the team should have re-signed

No. 1: Alec Ingold

Finally, we land on a fan favorite in Alec Ingold, who blew up his knee in the 2021 season and then would go on to become a Pro Bowl player for the Miami Dolphins this past year. Ingold was a locker room leader for the Las Vegas Raiders, coming to work every day, and earning the respect of the coaching staff.

In Miami, he took on a leadership role right away and played a huge role in the team making it to the playoffs this year. Ingold also took home the Dolphins Ed Block Courage Award winner, and after signing a two-year contract with Miami this offseason, he could just be getting started in South Beach.

Overall, these four players would have made the Las Vegas Raiders better on offense, defense, and even special teams. Also, they could have gotten on the cheap, possibly signing a multi-year contract that would help get this team back to the playoffs in 2023.
