No. 3: Foster Moreau, TE

Since being selected in the fourth round of the 2019 NFL Draft, Foster Moreau has had a decent career with the Raiders franchise. Coming out of LSU, many expected that he would eventually be a starter for the organization, but the emergence of Darren Waller has landed him as the TE2 on this roster since his rookie season.

There has been times when he has had the opportunity to shine, as Waller has dealt with injuries the past two seasons, and Moreau was forced to step up. Unfortunately, despite him being a very talented player physically and athletically, his production has not been there, even when he has been pressed into a TE1 role.

Moreau has played on a very team-friendly deal since being drafted, and now that he is a free agent, he is likely to test the waters and see if he can score a big deal elsewhere. Teams are going to love his skill set, and he should have an active market, so the likelihood he signs back on as a backup is not great.

There is also the rumor that if Tom Brady comes to Las Vegas, Rob Gronkowski may come with him, so Moreau would certainly be the odd man out.
