The Las Vegas Raiders got strong play from Mack Hollins this past season, and should look to bring him back on another team-friendly deal in 2023.

During the 2022 offseason,  the Las Vegas Raiders franchise got their first look at new general manager David Ziegler, and how he was going to build the roster. That included some big arrivals, like Davante Adams, but also missing out on bringing back some key free agents of their own.

This offseason, the free agent list is long for the Silver and Black, as they current have to make a decision on over 25 players. One of those players is wide receiver Mack Hollins, who had a strong first season with the franchise in 2022, serving mostly as the WR2 behind Davante Adams on the outside.

With the Raiders, Hollins put together his best season as a pro, setting career-highs in both receptions, and receiving yards, while matching his best mark with four touchdown receptions. He played the game the right way, loved being a Raider, and there were times where he really stood out.

At only $2 million, his production proved that he was a steal, and going into this offseason, Las Vegas should seriously consider bringing him back.

Lot of changes coming for the Raiders offense

With Derek Carr gone, and the team trying to bring back Josh Jacobs on a new deal, the Raiders offense could look a lot different next season. Weapons do return, as Darren Waller and Davante Adams are under contract, as well as slot wide receiver Hunter Renfrow.

If Las Vegas can get Jacobs to return, and bring back Hollins on a new deal, you have to like the weapons whoever the next quarterback will be will have at their disposal.

There are going to be a ton of changes to this roster this offseason, but the front office has stated they are not in a rebuild-mode, but expect to win next season. Hollins is the kind of player who is great in the locker room, and gives his all every play he is out there, making him a perfect player to aide in the team turning things around in 2023.
