Las Vegas Raiders: 4 key players who need to improve in 2023
Andre James, Center
As a whole, the Raiders offensive line struggled in a big way this past season, as they had to navigate injuries and inconsistent play. One constant was the center position, as Andre James started 15 games, and at times, looked to be making a big step forward in his development.
However, he also had some bad moments, and in the end, Pro Football Focus ranked him as the No. 23 overall center in the NFL. While PFF has been wrong on plenty of occasions, the truth is, James is entering his third season as the full-time starter, and with a new quarterback under center in 2023, he has to improve.
