The New England Patriots are bringing back an old friend to take over the offense, as Bill O’Brien returns to the NFL after a stint with Alabama. For it to work, however, they have to bolster their weapons, especially at wide receiver, and they do so with Jaxon Smith-Njigba from Ohio State at No. 14.

The Green Bay Packers have to make a decision in terms of the quarterback spot, and they are rumored to be in the market to trade Aaron Rodgers to an AFC team. No matter who the quarterback is in 2023, they need help at wide receiver, and Kayshoun Boutte is one of those wideout prospects that everyone thinks is going to go on Day 1.

The Washington Commanders are another team that could be in the market for Raiders quarterback Derek Carr, though they also could go the draft route to get their next signal-caller. This mock draft shapes out to have them land Florida quarterback Anthony Richardson, who some believe has the best arm talent in this entire class.
