Jermaine Eluemunor

Finally, we land on Jermaine Eluemunor, who started all 17 games for the Las Vegas Raiders in 2022 and played well in spots. The problem is, Eluemunor is not a starting right tackle for a team that has playoff hopes, and whether it is via the draft, or in free agency, Ziegler will be looking to upgrade the right tackle position in 2023.

Now, if Eluemunor is brought back as a swing tackle, that would be perfectly fine, but after starting 17 games in 2022, he is likely going to want starting money. The Raiders cannot afford to pay an average right tackle big money, even with so much cap space becoming available once Derek Carr is released or traded.

With so many pending free agents, there are more than four names we could have mentioned, but these four players have likely played their last games in the Silver and Black. It will be interesting to see how Ziegler shapes the 2023 roster, but if I had to guess, a majority of the pending free agents will be playing elsewhere next season.
