4 most notable unsung heroes for the Las Vegas Raiders in 2022

No. 1: Dylan Parham

After trading for Davante Adams this past offseason, the Las Vegas Raiders did not hold a 2022 NFL Draft pick until the third round. With their first pick, the team brought in Memphis interior offensive lineman Dylan Parham, and he certainly proved worthy of his Day 2 selection as a rookie.

Parham was a constant along a Raiders offensive line that struggled at times and would go on to be named a PFWA All-Rookie first-teamer. As the Raiders look to revamp their offensive line this offseason, he and Kolton Miller are two names that should be written in stone for the 2023 campaign, as they are young anchors up front.

Going forward, all four of these players should remain on the roster for the 2023 campaign, especially if the Silver and Black want to take the next step forward. Las Vegas is going to have some big expectations going into McDaniels’ second year as head coach, but success will all depend on what they do this offseason with the roster.
