No. 4: Jakob Johnson

Josh Jacobs put together one of the more prolific rushing seasons in recent memory, leading the NFL in both rushing yards, and yards from scrimmage. He did it all for this  Raiders offense, earning a Pro Bowl nod, and earning a huge paycheck this upcoming offseason.

While Jacobs was impressive, he did have help, and fullback Jakob Johnson proved to be a key player in Year 1 in the Silver and Black. He was replacing a fan favorite in Alec Ingold, and in the end, proved to be well worth the investment.
