Las Vegas Raiders: Ranking the top-8 options at quarterback in 2023

No. 6: Will Levis

Will Levis is a 2023 Draft prospect out of Kentucky University. Levis is known for his strong arm and his big body. He hasn’t had the college career some of the other 2023 draft prospects have had, but he’s got some good tape.

If the Raiders stay put at pick number seventh in the draft, likely the best available option will be Levis. The consensus in the league is that Will Levis will probably need a year or two of mentoring from a veteran QB before taking the field as a starting QB.

Even though Will Levis is the consensus third-best QB in the 2023 draft class, it’s hard not to like his potential. However, of the top three quarterbacks coming out in the Draft this year, Levis seems like the least likely option. He needs an organization with time to let him develop under a veteran, and Josh McDaniels has everything but time.

McDaniels needs to win now, or Davis will be hiring his fourth head coach in 3 seasons.
