Las Vegas Raiders: Ranking the top-8 options at quarterback in 2023
No. 3: Jarrett Stidham
With Carr being benched the final two games of the season, Jarrett Stidham filled in at QB and left a lot of fans puzzled. Jarrett was able to help the Raiders force overtime against the San Francisco 49ers in a game he played exceptionally well in.
Ultimately, The Raiders lost, and Stidham threw two interceptions. The second and final game of the Stidham era for the Raiders went a little differently as the Chiefs were able to do whatever they wanted offensively, and the Raiders couldn’t keep up.
Stidham is a career backup so far and doesn’t have the arm strength to be a elite, but if the Raiders are looking to keep a familiar face in the organization, Stidham could be their guy.
