The Las Vegas Raiders are reshuffling the deck this offseason, and these three starters from 2022 are prime cut candidates.

The 2023 offseason is shaping up to be one of the more exciting in recent memory for the Raiders franchise, as they have a lot of work to do with this roster. Las Vegas went into the 2022 NFL season fresh off a playoff berth the year before, only to go 6-11 in Josh Mcdaniels’ first season at the helm.

During that time, the team lost some really ugly games, most of which they held a double-digit lead after halftime. Quarterback Derek Carr was benched for the last two regular-season games, even with the team still technically alive in the playoff race heading into Week 17, and it is clear his time in Las Vegas is over.

For now, we have to start taking a look at the current roster, and where the Raiders can find the cap space to make a real run at fixing their problems this offseason. It is going to take a lot of work from second-year general manager David Ziegler, but he made some big splashes last offseason, and hopefully can get more things right across the next few months.

Here, we look at three Raiders who started in 2022 but are prime cut candidates this offseason.
