Las Vegas Raiders 7-round 2023 NFL Mock Draft: Post-Super Bowl LVII edition

109. A.T. Perry WR Wake Forest

One consistent theme in some of the other wide receivers we have mocked to the Raiders is that they have the physical tools and speed we look for but perhaps not necessarily the production. In Wake Forest receiver A.T. Perry, we get a ton of both.

Over the past 27 games, Perry has recorded 150 catches, 1400 yards, and an astonishing 26 touchdowns. In 2021 his yards per reception was a mind-blowing 18.2 and he follow that up with a respectable 13.5 in the 2022 season. His numbers suggest that he is an elite deep threat and his physical attributes back that up as well.

Perry measures in at 6-5 and 195 pounds and his last forty time was 4.48 seconds. He could stand to bulk up to about 205 but his height and speed make him an incredibly intriguing prospect. In addition to being 6-foot-5, his wingspan of nearly 83 inches is in the 98th percentile for his position group and suggests that he could become an elite jump ball threat because of his catch radius.

The former Wake Forest star loves the physical side of the game and despite his lighter frame is not afraid of taking it to a defensive back in contested catch situations or when fighting for yards after the catch. The concern about him is that he ran a limited route tree in college but the Raiders can take advantage of his physical gifts until he fully grasps the offense.

Perry would give a young QB, or a veteran one, a great deep-threat option and a jump ball threat in any situation. The Raiders had that to some extent in Mack Hollins but as of today he is not on the roster and he could always sign elsewhere if the right offer comes along.
