The Las Vegas Raiders enter the 2023 NFL Draft with plenty of needs, and here are the top-3 in terms of position groups to target in Round 1.

The Las Vegas Raiders 2023 NFL Draft season is upon us, though it started a while back for Raider Nation. The end of the Derek Carr saga has officially happened with the team ironically cutting ties with the nine-year veteran and their toxic relationship on none other than Valentine’s Day.

With a hand full of needs already apparent for the Raiders, they now have potentially added a quarterback to the list of positions they need to evaluate come April 27th.

We do have the NFL Combine first though, which is a great tool for all teams to evaluate the upcoming talent. What it has turned into, however, is a display of only the players who have something to prove to participate in the event. In the last few years, you’ve seen players, namely quarterbacks, elect to either completely sit out or only do a couple of the many drills set up for the week-long event.

In any case, as mentioned, the Raiders have many important needs heading into that Thursday night and it’s far enough away that we can argue until the cows come home on what they should do or what position is more important to focus on. So, without further ado, here are my top-3 positions of need for the Raiders heading into the 2023 NFL Draft.
