No. 25: Justin Ellis, DT (2014-2018)

A part of the famous 2014 draft class, defensive lineman Justin Ellis was the team’s fourth-round pick that year, selected No. 107 overall. During his time in the Silver and Black, Ellis was known for his ability to snuff out the run, and from 2014 through 2017, he was a constant on the defense, appearing in 60 of a possible 64 games.

Ellis’s best season came in 2017 when he racked up a career-high 48 tackles in what would be his last full season with the team. He appeared in only six games in 2018, being cut on an injury settlement during the season, but he was a PFWA All-Rookie selection in 2014 and had some solid moments in the Silver and Black.
