Raiders 7-round 2023 NFL Mock Draft: QB, 2024 first-round pick, and more

820. . Center. Ducks . Alex Forsyth. 151. player

Alex Forsyth is a player that we have mocked to the Raiders in the past and we feel that his combination of size and physicality would be a great addition to the Raiders’ offensive line. He measures in at 6 foot 4 and 312 pounds and is known for playing with a nasty streak.

Current center Andre James it’s a bit lighter than Josh McDaniels typically likes out of his interior offensive lineman and is a potential cap casualty this offseason. Even if the Raiders do not move James, Forsyth can come in and play either of the guard positions which is something he did well at the college level.

The expectation is that the Raiders are going to do a lot of moves to bolster the offensive line this offseason, and Forsyth would be one of them. James has a high cap number for someone who has been average during his time with the Silver and Black, and Forsyth gives the organization a cheaper option there.
