The Las Vegas Raiders received two compensatory picks on Thursday, and here is their complete list of selections in the 2023 NFL Draft.

The 2023 NFL Draft is only a month away, and for the Las Vegas Raiders, the mad dash to figure out their draft board is in effect. The Silver and Black hold the No. 7 overall pick this April, a selection they earned by winning only six games in 2022, as it will be their first Day 1 selection since the 2021 NFL Draft.

Last year, Las Vegas did not pick until the third round, where they made Memphis interior offensive lineman Dylan Parham the selection. Parham was the No. 90 overall pick in that draft, and by the time the 90th pick comes up in 2023, Las Vegas will have already made three selections this April.

On Thursday, Las Vegas was awarded two comp picks in this year’s draft, bringing their total to 11 overall.

There are significant needs for the Raiders going into this draft season, as there is still no real indication of what they plan to do at the quarterback spot. All four top quarterbacks had terrific NFL Scouting Combines and should go early in Round 1, so if the Raiders are to hit the reset button with a rookie next year, some of these picks could be moved to get into a higher spot on Day 1.

Remember, this is David Ziegler’s first shot at a first-round pick, so hopefully, the young general manager has done enough research to bring in an impact player. The Silver and Black have struggled in a big way in the first round in recent memory, and with so many holes to fill this offseason, they cannot afford to miss again.
