The Las Vegas Raiders have tried to add talent since their move across state lines to Nevada, but with little success. This has left Raider Nation disappointed not only with the win-loss column, but with the product that the Silver and Black have put on the field.
Heading into the 2026 NFL season, however, John Spytek and Klint Kubiak have ensured that the Raiders have talent that could at least break through. From running back Ashton Jeanty to rookies like Treydan Stukes, the team could have an uber-talented roster both now and in the future.
While the Pro Bowl Game has been canceled, the accolade remains an honor for players across the league. The Raiders already have two perennial Pro Bowlers, Maxx Crosby and Brock Bowers, but several other players in Las Vegas could be poised to earn the distinction for the first time this year.
Las Vegas Raiders who could earn their first Pro Bowl selection in 2026
Ashton Jeanty
The obvious choice here is Ashton Jeanty, who will be the lead back for the Raiders this season under Kubiak. He is coming off a rookie campaign in which he showed that he could be a three-down back, with five receiving touchdowns.
With an improved offensive line, Jeanty might have a big jump in production when he recovers from injury. He didn’t have a good yards-per-carry average in 2025, at 3.7. If he can rise to 4.5-5.0 yards per carry on the same number of carries, he will have the production to earn Pro Bowl consideration.
Kolton Miller
Kolton Miller has been a steady player for the Raiders for eight seasons now. He is considered a top-15 tackle in the NFL but has never been selected for the Pro Bowl, which is a travesty. But this could be the year that it happens with an improved offensive line group around him.
Miller was having a Pro Bowl season last year before he was injured against the Chicago Bears, which further hurt an already bad offensive line in Las Vegas. If he can duplicate his 2025 performance for a whole campaign, then it could earn him votes from fans and peers, giving him his first nod.
Treydan Stukes
This could be a long shot, but it is possible for Stukes after he earned the starting job in training camp. Stukes was taken in the second round of the 2026 NFL Draft and has all the tools to become a great safety, so if he can maintain his success in the NFL, he could become the surprise of the year.
One of the reasons Stukes is on this list is his knack for getting his hands on the football. Stukes had four interceptions in college last season, and making plays will put you on the radar of the national spotlight.
That is why Stukes could be an impact player for the defense and could even earn a sneaky Pro Bowl nod in his rookie season.
