It has been disappointing over the last few decades to watch this Raiders organization dwindle from a feared NFL superpower to a mere footnote in season previews or an opponent that other teams now schedule on their calendars as a favorable matchup or chalk up to a win before the game happens.
The tide is slowly starting to turn, though, and the Raiders now have a roster that they can be proud of ahead of the 2026 NFL season. And those vaunted superstars and characters that defined the Silver and Black for so long are starting to find their way back to Las Vegas, ready to make a major impact.

Held by: Brock Bowers (2024)
Could be broken by: Brock Bowers
This one feels rather obvious. Third-year Brock Bowers could easily dethrone rookie Brock Bowers in 2026, as he actually has a solid collection of quarterbacks and a play-caller who will scheme him open relentlessly. Without big-name receivers like Davante Adams and Jakobi Meyers in the fold, there is even more opportunity for Bowers to rack up the stats. Only injuries really stand in his way.

Could be broken by: Brock Bowers
If you can't tell, I'm incredibly high on Bowers in this offense. In what should be a much better overall environment that is conducive to more individual success, the Raiders' star tight end should feast. Adams' 2022 season was special, but Bowers' 2026 campaign can be even better. Yes, Las Vegas will be a run-heavy team, but when they pass, Bowers will be the central component. Yards, yards, yards.

Could be broken by: A.J. Cole
Alright, don't get mad at me for this one, but Cole has knocked on the door of this in three of the last five seasons. Hopefully, the team punts much less, which will limit variance, and the special teams unit is better, which would prevent things like blocked punts from happening, as they have often in recent years. With a fresh leg and better protection, Cole can immortalize himself in Raiders history.
Individual sacks (Single season)

Held by: Derrick Burgess (2005)
Could be broken by: Maxx Crosby
Despite all of the legendary defensive linemen who have worn Silver and Black, Burgess' 16.0 sacks in 2005 are somehow the most in a single season by an individual player. But Crosby, who had 14.5 in his last healthy season, could easily shatter this record in 2026, with the help of what appears to be a much better supporting cast up front. Crosby is hungry after a dramatic offseason, so look out.

Held by: 1967 Oakland Raiders
Speaking of an improved pass rush, Las Vegas could, if all goes right, break the single-season sacks record as a team this year. This old record won't be as hard to topple because of a 17-game season, so the Raiders need just under four sacks per week to get it done. With Crosby, Kwity Paye, Malcolm Koonce, a handful of good interior rushers and some DBs who can blitz, this record could fall in 2026.
