It remains to be seen exactly how the Las Vegas Raiders' offseason improvements will reflect in the win-loss column during the 2026 NFL season. But fans feel quite confident that the new personnel and approach by Klint Kubiak will lead to more competitiveness and at least promise for the future.
That applies to the whole team, but also to individual players who didn't play up to their standard last year, were hurt, or weren't afforded much of an opportunity. But in a much better environment than last year, and hopefully with better health, these Raiders should have bounce-back campaigns.
5 Las Vegas Raiders who will bounce back in 2026
Ashton Jeanty
Jeanty didn't play poorly last year, but the offensive line's struggles weren't exactly conducive to any success. But Rick Dennison and Co. have seemingly made the group up front at least competent, and dare I say league-average, so Jeanty should explode this season when he gets back to being healthy.
Maxx Crosby
Crosby deserves grace because he played the majority of last season with a bad knee, but he always plays hurt, and he wasn't really playing his best football in 2025 anyway. But after taking no shortcuts in his rehab this offseason, and with more help alongside him, Crosby could have a career year.
Jack Bech
Bech falls firmly into the "didn't get an opportunity" category, as Pete Carroll wasn't keen on putting him in the game much last year. But he had his moments in the preseason and should have somewhat of a role in a weak wide receiver room. So, Bech could easily out-produce last year and make a mark.
Jackson Powers-Johnson
Powers-Johnson got unfairly yanked around in the preseason by the previous coaching staff and got injured, so 2025 was a year to forget for the young player. But his talent is undeniable, and if he earns the starting job this season, which he's in line for, then he can finally start hitting his ceiling in 2026.
Malcolm Koonce
Koonce was still recovering from injury last season, but now even further removed from a torn ACL, he may burst back onto the scene. He started showing signs of his old self last year, and although he had a quiet offseason, Koonce could still have a big year in more of a pure pass-rusher role.
DJ Glaze
Glaze looked like a shell of his rookie self in 2025, regressing from a league-average offensive tackle to a complete disaster. But with a good coach in Dennison, he seems to have taken a big jump this offseason. So, Glaze may be a legitimate factor up front for the Raiders in 2026 and hopefully beyond.
