The Raiders made a semi-surprising move this week, hiring former Arizona Cardinals head coach Kliff Kingsbury to be their offensive coordintator. Despite not having a whole bunch of success as a head coach, Kingsbury's brought high-profile offenses to wherever he's gone. Most recently, he had a hand in developing USC QB Caleb Williams – the presumptive first pick in this year's NFL Draft – while working as the Trojans' QB coach under Lincoln Riley.
