3. WR Hunter Renfrow
This one stings a little more than the others, because there was a point not too long ago when Renfrow was looking like the next great slot WR – his 103-reception, 1038-yard Pro Bowl season in 2021 looked like the proverbial breakout third season. Instead, since then, he's disappeared from the Raiders' offense. This year, in 17 games (3 starts), Renfrow only had 25 catches and 255 yards. PFF had him ranked as the 2nd-worst wide receiver in all of football. It's widely expected that he'll find a new team in 2024, which sadly ends an era that started with such promise.
