The Las Vegas Raiders selected Jackson Powers-Johnson with their No. 44 overall pick in the 2024 NFL Draft. During his time at Oregon, Powers-Johnson emerged as the best interior offensive lineman in this draft class, and became the highest-drafted center in the history of the program.

The selection of Powers-Johnson gives the Raiders their starting offensive guard opposite Dylan Parham, and makes the Silver and Black extremely talented along the interior of their offensive line. The Raiders have been trying to bolster the offensive line all offseason, and while they still need a right tackle, passing up on a talent like Powers-Johnson was not an option.
