3 bold predictions for the Las Vegas Raiders in 2023 Preseason Week 2

After dominating the San Francisco 49ers in Week 1 preseason action, we look at three bold predictions for the Las Vegas Raiders in Week 2.

Raiders win by 20-plus for the second straight game

As we stated earlier, the Rams were able to score only 17 points against the Chargers during their Week 1 battle for Los Angeles. Stetson Bennett looked very good making his first NFL start, and while Aidan O'Connell definitely had the better debut, Bennett had one of the more impressive starts of all the quarterbacks entering the NFL this season.

Against San Francisco, the Raiders defense was flying all over the place, and they definitely won the battle in the trenches. The defensive line got push all day long against starter Trey Lance, something Graham will likely plan to do to the young quarterback the Rams plan on trotting out there on Saturday.

All told, I like this Raiders defense to continue their strong play in Week 2, and they could end up holding the Rams offense in check. After beating the 49ers by 27 points last weekend, I like the Raiders to trottle the Rams in this one, winning the game by 20-plus points thanks to solid depth on both sides of the ball.
