Raiders rebuild the future in latest 7-round mock draft

Las Vegas wastes no time in finding their franchise player.

Finally, Las Vegas addresses the secondary in the seventh round. The Raiders need some help here, and although Logan comes in as a seventh-round pick, he could get into the mix right away. Logan brings a ton of length to the position, along with being a sure tackler. Those two things, combined with his knack for excelling in zone coverage, will give him a great shot to earn playing time as a rookie.

Because of his ability to tackle well, even against the likes of tight ends, Logan would also present an opportunity to play some slot cornerback. His skill set is pretty diverse, and his physical attributes allow him to play anywhere other than outside corner.

When he's closer to the line of scrimmage, Logan is a willing run defender. He isn't one to shy away from contact and has strong closing speed, too. Over his last three seasons at Kansas, Logan has tallied 311 tackles including 12.5 for a loss, 17 passes defensed, four interceptions, four forced fumbles, two recoveries and a defensive touchdown.
