Tre Tucker

When the Las Vegas Raiders traded away star tight end Darren Waller, they got the No. 100 overall pick in the 2023 NFL Draft in return. With that pick, the Raiders made a bit of a surprising selection, as they drafted Cincinnati star wideout Tre Tucker, despite bringing in a host of wideouts in free agency earlier in the offseason.

Since putting on the Silver and Black, Tucker has gone from a head-scratching selection, not due to talent but because of need, to someone who will be a real weapon in this offense this season. Tucker has the kind of speed that you cannot teach, and he has shown during the first two preseason games that he knows how to get open.

We know that Davante Adams, Hunter Renfrow, and Jakobi Meyers will be the starters at wide receiver, and DeAndre Carter has a great chance to make the roster as well. Tucker is a guy who is going to help this team on offense, and in the return game, and so far this summer, he has solidified his role on this roster.
