The Las Vegas Raiders are entering a crucial draft cycle for the franchise, as they have a brand new general manager in place for the 2024 offseason. Tom Telesco spent the last 11 offseasons with Chargers franchise, a division rival of the Raiders, and someone who knows the division well.

Going into the 2024 NFL Draft, the Raiders have solid draft capital, but are likely looking to move up on Day 1 to secure a franchise quarterback. In order to do that, Telesco is going to have to put together some draft magic, but he has a ton of experience, and had wheeled and dealed in the first round in the past.

With the college football season and Senior Bowl in the rear view mirror, all eyes now turn to the NFL Combine, which will once again take place in Indianapolis. The Combine will run from February 26 through March 4, and will be another step on the journey for the next wave of NFL rookies.

With 321 prospects invited to Indianapolis this year, the talent pool is deep and loaded with guys who can come in and help the Raiders in 2024 and beyond. While the big-name prospects are all over mock drafts, here are some sleepers to keep an eye on at each position group during the NFL Combine.
