Following the 2022 season, the Las Vegas Raiders were easily one of the league's most disappointing teams after making the playoffs the season prior. With plans to return to the post-season, the team added two future Hall of Fame players in Davante Adams and Chandler Jones.

However, the team struggled from the start which lead to massive changes across the offense this off-season. With both Derek Carr and Darren Waller playing elsewhere this season, the team made big moves at both positions.

On defense, Las Vegas used their seventh overall selection on Texas Tech pass rusher Tyree Wilson. Slated to form a lethal trio with Maxx Crosby and Chandler Jones, the Raiders should have the best group of pass rushers they have had in many years.

However, like every team, not all the moves the team made this off-season will work out. Whether it be due to injury or just overall poor performance, some moves will just never work out. For next season, these moves are the ones the Raiders will regret the most.
