Picking at No. 86 now after the trade, Telesco dives into the quarterback pool, selecting Spencer Rattler from South Carolina. For those who do not remember, some thought Rattler could eventually be a No. 1 overall pick early in his collegiate career, but he lands here in the third round with the Raiders.

Rattler was the MVP of the Senior Bowl, and in recent weeks, he has been getting some solid praise from the scouts. Some even feel he could creep into the second round of the 2024 NFL Draft, but by picking him at No. 86 overall, Las Vegas brings in their final piece of the puzzle in the quarterback room.

The Raiders revamped the quarterback position this offseason, releasing Brian Hoyer and Jimmy Garoppolo, while also bringing in Gardner Minshew II. By adding Rattler, the Raiders can roll with Minshew or O'Connell in 2024, allowing Rattler to get used to the pro game and possibly take over the helm of the franchise in 2025 in both quarterbacks do not put their claim on the starting job in Las Vegas.
