As the Las Vegas Raiders embark on a crucial Week 7 matchup against the Los Angeles Rams, they will be doing so with a slightly different roster configuration than in games past. Klint Kubiak's team has struggled in the last three contests, so mixing it up is not only admirable but wholly in order.
And the Rams are no easy foe, even if they are beat up at this point in the 2026 NFL season. With several injuries to monitor and Kubiak promising competition for the second straight week, the 46 suiting up for the Silver and Black were bound to look different. Here are the inactives for Sunday.
QB Aidan O'Connell - emergency 3rd QB
S Tristin McCollum
S Dalton Johnson
DT Thomas Booker IV
DT Jonah Laulu
DE Cian Slone
IOL Bryce Cabeldue
Lots to unpack here.
Las Vegas Raiders Week 7 inactives list: Are Mike Washington Jr. and Quay Walker playing?
First of all, neither Mike Washington Jr. nor Quay Walker is on the inactive list, which means that both players are good to go. Both entered the game questionable but seem to have no restrictions heading into the matchup after pre-game workouts.
O'Connell being the emergency third quarterback is like death and taxes, and so are Johnson, McCollum and Cabeldue being inactive. Where it gets interesting, though, is at defensive tackle, with both Booker IV and Laulu inactive.
On Saturday, the Raiders announced the elevation of Tim Keenan III from the practice squad, and the big, run-stuffing nose tackle will be called upon this Sunday to stop the Rams' rushing attack. He spent the offseason with Los Angeles as well, so he should have a leg up due to familiarity.
This will be Keenan III's debut with Las Vegas.
Cian Slone was elevated for the second time this season but will not be active once again. It remains unclear why the Raiders continue to elevate him without plans to play him on Sunday, but it seems like the young player is at least earning a shot at things with his play in practice.
Rams' Week 7 inactives list: Are Puka Nacua or Trent McDuffie playing?
The health and status of Puka Nacua have been a major question mark since he injured himself in practice on Thursday, and when he missed Friday, it felt like the writing was on the wall for him. But reports early this morning indicated that he'd be good to go, and he is, in fact, active for Week 7.
Trent McDuffie, however, is not. The Rams will be without their superstar cornerback once again, and that could play a big role in this matchup. Already down starting linebacker Nate Landman, Los Angeles has even fewer solutions to stop Las Vegas' elite duo of Brock Bowers and Michael Mayer.
