It was anticipated, but now it is official. Mike Vick will not be available for the Philadelphia Eagles when they travel to Oakland to face the Raiders on Sunday afternoon.

Vick, who reinjured his hamstring last Sunday against the Giants, is listed as out. He’s the only one on the Eagles current 53-man roster who won’t be eligible to dress. CSNPhilly’s Geoff Mosher reports.

Wide receiver DeSean Jackson, who tweaked his ankle Wednesday in practice and has been practicing with a heavily taped limb since, is probable.

Head coach Chip Kelly will be counting on Jackson to be healthy enough to contribute as the Eagles will need his speed and ability to get open in order to break a two game streak in which they have not scored an offensive touchdown. One of those starts was against the Cowboys with Sunday’s starter Nick Foles under center, Foles was named the starter after missing the past week with a concussion.

Mosher also reported Safety Patrick Chung, who missed the past two games with a nagging shoulder injury, is questionable.  Also questionable are wide receiver Damaris Johnson (ankle) and linebacker Casey Matthews (hip).

Punter Donnie Jones has also been nursing a foot injury, but he is expected to play and has been punting well despite battling with the injury in recent weeks.

The Eagles will have a walk-through Friday before a light jog-through practice Saturday prior to heading to Oakland to face off with the Raiders as the hosts will be trying to move to .500 at the halfway point of the season.
