The Raiders receiver led the NFL with 18 drops in his rookie season, per Pro Football Focus. CSN Bay Area’s Scott Bair  reports that Cooper is bigger, stronger and more confident this year. He also says drops were not an issue for Cooper during the offseason.

Therefore, I would expect that Cooper works on those drops. Of course, drops were one of the knocks on Cooper at Alabama. However, the new found confidence in himself and chemistry with Derek Carr should improve that.
