#11 Tennessee Titans: Derek Carr, QB Fresno
Rory’s Take: I am unsure where Jake Locker stands with this organization and with the new management/ownership in place I think jumping on a potential franchise quarterback will be high on the list.
Chase’s Take: Derek Carr can go to a lot of places on draft day and Rory is entirely right that the Titans might want to push the reset button on Jake Locker sooner rather than later. I think that if they push Chris Johnson out of the door this offseason they will keep Locker just to avoid the bad PR of a “fire sale” in Tennessee. With Jay Cutler out of the picture as a power move in free agency, if the Titans are to ditch Locker’s injury prone problems and big contract it will have to be for one of the best QB’s available.
