#9 Buffalo Bills: HaHa Clinton Dix, S Bama

Rory’s Take: With Jairus Byrd’s days basically numbered in Buffalo it would make sense for them to add a talented play making safety to the back end. The difference between Dix and Byrd is striking since Dix can play both free safety and strong, but isn’t as rangy of a defender as Byrd. This however shouldn’t be an issue with this aggressive defense that gets a lot of pressure on quarterbacks.

Chase’s Take: If the Bills want to avoid committing significant cap space on Jairus Byrd reaching slightly to snag Dix, the best safety available in the draft, is a move that makes sense for Buffalo.
