#27 New Orleans Saints: Christian Jones, LB FSU
Rory’s Take: I initially didn’t have Christian Jones this high at the start of my evaluation, but I went back and watched more tape. I started noticing he has some understated pass rush moves and for a defense that puts a premium on versatility they could do a ton with Jones.
Chase’s Take: National Champions get a boost in draft standing and this is what we are seeing with Jones. Anywhere else he is a second round talent, but his winning pedigree and added exposure could see him landing somewhere in the late first.
