Leading up to the NFL Draft, Just Blog Baby columnist and podcast cohost Rory Anderson will update his three round mock draft with comments from JBB editor Chase Ruttig. With March coming to an end here is our board after a batch of pro day’s and free agency shakeups changing the needs of certain teams.

Intro

After a while mocks become extremely repetitive and tend to lack diversity as mass group think tends to set in. Because of this, Chase is allowing me now that we have moved beyond the main thrust of free agency to begin to add in trades. Over the next few updates I will explore the various options not only the Raiders have, but also the varieties of trades that can happen to shape the later rounds. I will not go crazy with trades only a handful in each update and they will be said up front. Please remember that the draft trade value chart is a guideline not a rule and trades are in fact a completely free market.

Trades

Trade 1: Buccaneers trade first round (7th) and a third round pick with Texans for first overall pick.

Trade 2: Vikings trade a first (8th), third and fifth to Raiders for fifth overall pick.

Trade 3: Ravens trade first (17th) and second round pick to Raiders for eighth overall pick.

Trade 4: Raiders trade Denarius Moore for a fifth round pick to Panthers.
