#13 St Louis Rams: Calvin Pryor, S UL
Rory’s Take: The Rams need a rangy safety in the deep middle of the defense and Pryor showed at the combine that he has all the measurable boxes checked and the tape to back it. He is a little more of a thumper, but he can get the job done.
Chase’s Take: A reach with Clinton-Dix off the board as Pryor is in the late first-early second round range, but he fits an absolute need for the Rams. If they do reach it won’t be the end of the world as Pryor is a physical safety who isn’t afraid to make his presence felt in the last level of the defense.
