7. WR- Noel Grigsby (San Jose State) 5′ 9″ 185 lbs.

In 2012, Grigsby was a standout receiver at San Jose State nabbing 82 receptions for over 1,300 yards.  His greatest college production came during his Freshman, Sophomore, and Junior years.  However, during his Senior campaign, his numbers dropped considerably to just 10 receptions for 106 yards.  This was due in part to him only playing in two games in 2013.  He could be a diamond in the rough on both Special Teams and as a slot receiver.
