Oakland Raiders: 5 players who must be better in Week 4

When the Raiders drafted Kolton Miller in the first round in 2018, the first expectation was that he would be either the starting right tackle, or Donald Penn‘s backup this season. However, Miller performed well this summer, and Penn was out with an injury, and by the time the veteran came back, the rookie had won the job.
The decision was made to move Penn to the right side, and through the first three games of the season, it has definitely been a work in progress. He has looked lost at times, bad at others, and just does not seem to be too comfortable moving to the right side after dominating on the left the last couple of seasons. He did leave last week and placed in concussion protocol, so this could be a moot point if T.J. Clemmings starts.
Against the Cleveland Browns, Penn has to be better, because they have some of the more talented pass rushers in the game. In fact, one could argue that Myles Garrett is the best pass rusher in the AFC at the defensive end position, and you can be sure Browns defensive coordinator Gregg Williams is going to match him up against Penn, especially after watching the tape of the last few games.
