Kentucky. Benny Snell Jr.. 100. player. 28. . Running Back

The running back position for the Raiders in 2019 will be a topic of conversation all offseason, as there are plenty of questions to be answered. Marshawn Lynch ended his season on the IR, and is likely gone, with his backup, Doug Martin also without a contract after the 2018 NFL season.

During the 2018 preseason, rookie Chris Warren led the NFL in rushing, though he was placed on IR prior to the regular season, meaning he had to spend the entire year on the shelf. With no real answer heading into the offseason, the Raiders could look to add a rusher in the 2019 NFL Draft, and Benny Snell Jr. could be available in the fourth round.

During his time at Kentucky, Snell not only became one of the better running backs in the SEC, but in the country, as he was getting Heisman Trophy buzz. He runs the ball with authority, can make plays in the passing game, and with the Raiders, could play a huge role in an offense that could lose Lynch, Martin, and Jalen Richard to free agency this offseason.
