Oakland Raiders 7-Round Mock Draft entering Wild Card Weekend

One of the better surprises of the 2018 NFL season was the play of Gareon Conley, who shook off his bust label and ended the year as one of the best cornerbacks in the league. With Conley firmly planted as a true CB1 moving forward, the Raiders now need to put some talent around him, and may choose to do so early in round two.
In the 2018 NFL Draft, Oakland selected Nick Nelson from Wisconsin, who showed flashes he can play at the NFL level. They also took a flier on Daryl Worley, who had some off-the-field issues nearly derail his career, but he certainly landed on his feet in Oakland, playing some great football.
With the second round pick, they could end up with a guy like Amani Oruwariye, who was a standout cornerback for Penn State this season. Oruwariye is a guy who some have a first round grade on him, but with Oakland picking so early in round two, he just may fall into their lap, and he is going to be a good one.
