Kelvin Harmon, NC State

Kelvin Harmon from NC State has a lot of incredible intangibles, possessing the kind of skill set that should turn him into a star at the NFL level. Standing at 6-foot-3, Harmon has the size to go up and make a play on the ball no matter where he is on the field, and that equated to him racking  up over 1,000 yards in each of the last two seasons at North Carolina State.

While Harmon is no burner by any means, he does have good speed, and he makes up for his lack of elite wheels with some of the better hands this draft class has to offer. He is the total package, and with Oakland, would be a guy who could line up on the outside and really do some damage with Derek Carr getting him the ball.

dark. Next. Raiders: Four edge rushers to target at No. 4

All five of these wide receivers could help the Raiders out immediately, and you have to think they are going to be dialed into the position after that first pick in the first round. Harmon has the size and skill that you look for in a No. 1 wideout, and should be a guy who hears his name called within the first two rounds.
