NC State. Kelvin Harmon. 35. player. 28. . Wide Receiver

There is no doubt that the Raiders need to bring in some talent at the wide receiver position this offseason, as they are rolling into the new league year with Jordy Nelson atop the depth chart. In fact, behind Nelson are some guys that you would not want starting on a regular basis, including 2018 seventh rounder Marcell Ateman, and veteran Seth Roberts.

With the No. 35 overall pick, there still should be some elite wide receiver talent available, and a guy like Kelvin Harmon from NC State could absolutely help this team in 2019. Harmon is a big-bodied receiver, who, while not a burner, runs some of the best routes of any player in this draft class at the wideout position.

Oakland has to bring in multiple bodies to the wideout group this offseason, but starting with Harmon early in the second round makes a lot of sense. The Raiders saw quarterback Derek Carr set a career-high in passing yards with very little weapons in 2018, and you can be sure they are going to add talent around him in a big way this offseason.
