Free agency: Top 5 needs for the Oakland Raiders to address

1. Defensive End

The Raiders were historically bad at getting after the quarterback last season, and this free agency class, and draft class are loaded with players who can help fix that. If they do decide to bring in a star player via free agency, they will have to break the banks, but a guy like DeMarcus Lawrence from the Dallas Cowboys would certainly be worth it.

Lawrence is not the only free agent on the market this offseason, as Jadeveon Clowney from Houston will be available, as well as Ezekiel Ansah and Dante Fowler Jr. Rookie Arden Key played well in his first year in the league this past season, but is very raw, which means the team will have to put some elite talent around him  this offseason.

The Raiders hold the No. 4 overall pick in April, and there are some players in this draft class that could end up being double-digit sack guys at the next level. With teams needing quarterbacks, it is not out of the realm of possibility that the Raiders could get a guy like Josh Allen from Kentucky, and at worst-case scenario, either Clelin Ferrell or Rashan Gary will be wearing the Silver and Black next season.
