1. Kept their top picks

All the talk heading into this weekend was about what the Raiders would have to give up to get Antonio Brown. While still an elite player, the Raiders have been working hard to build up draft assets, and the consensus was that he was not worth a first round pick, or even a second.

Well, new general manager Mike Mayock and his staff pulled it off on Saturday night, sending only a  third and fifth rounder to the Steelers. That is an incredible job by them, as they kept the No. 4, 24, 27, and 35 selections, and had to send away picks No. 66 and 141 to Pittsburgh.

Now that they have their wide receiver in place, they can focus those three first rounders on other areas of need, and should focus their efforts on the defensive side of the ball, at least early in round one. This trade is definitely in the mantra of win-now for the Raiders, and if they can add some elite talent via the draft, this is a team that is going to be much-improved in 2019.
