Eddie Vanderdoes, DT

Eddie Vanderdoes is a former third round pick of the Oakland Raiders, and showed flashes during his rookie season. Vanderdoes is the biggest enigma of this group, due to the fact that film on him is so limited.

Vanderdoes suffered a torn ACL in the final game of his rookie year that kept him out of the the 2018 season. 2018 was the first season for new defensive coordinator, Paul Guenther to evaluate the players on the roster and make adjustments to the starting lineup.

Unfortunately for Vanderdoes, the Raiders bulked up at the defensive tackle position, and saw rookies P.J. Hall and Maurice Hurst really step up. When you also take into consideration how good Johnathan Hankins played, and the fact that Justin Ellis should be ready for a full 16-game slate, where does that leave Vanderdoes?
