It has been an incredibly busy offseason for the Oakland Raiders, who are currently in the middle of OTAs. Here is our latest 53-man roster projection.

The Oakland Raiders are in the middle of their Spring organized team activities, and we have already see the roster take on new faces over the last few weeks. One huge acquisition was that of Richie Incognito, a former Pro Bowl offensive guard who has had his issues off the field, but has been a stellar player on it.

As we inch closer to Mandatory Minicamp on June 11, the Raiders roster is starting to take shape. There are some positions that are locked in stone, like quarterback, where Derek Carr will enter his sixth season as the starter. However, there is a lot of work to do in terms of what this roster will look like before Week 1.

The Raiders have more talent this offseason than in 2018, that is for sure, and there are position battles that will be fun to watch this summer. Head coach Jon Gruden and general manager Mike Mayock have done a great job revamping this roster, and they should definitely yield a better win total than last season.

Here is a look at our latest 53-man roster projection as the Raiders head into the third round of OTAs on June 3.
