Wide Receiver

Once the Raiders traded for Antonio Brown, he immediately became the best player on the team and raised the level of the receiver group. Brown is a top 5 players at the position and has over 100 catches each of the last six seasons. Then you add a dynamic deep threat like Tyrell Williams to the mix, and you have one of the more explosive receiver duos in the league.

The rest of the group has some good upside, but time will tell if they can prove it on the field. Rookie Hunter Renfrow comes to Oakland with a lot of promise, especially for someone who was taken in the fifth round. Renfrow was highly productive at Clemson and has glue for hands, but the questions around his athleticism are warranted. However, he has all the makings of a reliable slot receiver, so we’ll see what happens.

One under the radar name to watch for is undrafted rookie Keelan Doss from UC Davis. Jon Gruden and his staff got a front-row view to Doss’ impressive showing at the senior bowl, and he could be a big steal for Oakland.

Brown and Williams create a 1-2 punch that is unmatched on this roster and should be able to produce big-time in 2019
