Three Stars

1. Derek Carrier

Derek Carrier may be listed as the No. 2 tight end on the Oakland Raiders depth chart, but he played extremely well on  Thursday night. He only caught two passes for nine yards, but he did run a perfect route on his touchdown grab. Carrier also blocked well, and got the push on Terrell Suggs on an off-tackle run by DeAndre Washington.

2. Clelin Ferrell

The No. 4 overall pick in the 2019 NFL Draft really showed what he can do in this game. He rushed the quarterback well and really played like a pro. He showed patience and poise while playing against a shifty quarterback. The Raiders got one of the best defensive players in the Draft for a great price and he’s going to wreak havoc on offensive lines in the future.

3. Mike Glennon

The Oakland Raiders got solid play from their quarterbacks on Thursday night, and Mike Glennon may have just locked himself up as the No. 2 signal-caller behind Derek Carr. Coming off a game where he had two interceptions, Glennon went 11-of-14 for 175 yards, while connecting on two touchdowns. Nathan Peterman played well in relief of Glennon, so this is a battle that could go down to the wire.
