Tee Higgins, WR, Clemson

This is the first pick on the list that I would actually be happy about, especially if the Raiders get a defensive stud with the 12th pick of the draft. Tee Higgins seems to be extremely underrated and would fit into the Raiders system and needs as well as any receiver in the class besides Jerry Jeudy and CeeDee Lamb.

At 6’3, Higgins scored 27 career touchdowns at Clemson, as a player with speed for his size and the ability to go up and get the ball, the Clemson product would be a great addition to the Raiders receiver group. If the Raiders do not select a receiver with the 12th pick, the 19th pick will still have a ton of great options, including Higgins.

Of course, the Raiders will likely go wide receiver at pick No. 12, so this could be a moot point early on in the draft. The bottom line is, Mayock loves him some Clemson Tigers, and Higgins comes with a championship pedigree, great leadership skills, and a will to win, something this franchise is being built on.
